"More Than Basketball"

What is Lit Basketball?

Leaders In Training (LIT) is a Southcoast Massachusetts based basketball organization. Leaders In Training is designed to better our participants as players, students and citizens of their respective communities. LIT intends to increase each and every player's knowledge and ability of the game of basketball as well as other life skills needed to excel off the court.

Through camps, leagues and AAU organization our goal is to create a safe environment for all involved with the assistance of an experienced and knowledgeable group of coaches. Our coaches focus on teaching players the proper individual and team skills needed to grow as a basketball player. In addition to these basketball skills, Leaders In Training understands the ultimate importance of excelling in the classroom as well as properly taking care of one's health and body. Through our programs we will also utilize time to conduct short, yet meaningful workshops for our players.

These workshops will focus on areas such as but not limited to: Time Management, Health & Nutrition, Academic/Test Preparation Importance, Scholarship Requirements, Yoga, Strength Conditioning and Mindfulness.
